Frequently asked questions

Questions about the new website or your account? Find the main answers below.

I received a migration email. Is it spam or has noseatwork.nl been hacked?

No, noseatwork.nl has not been hacked. Nose at Work is moving to a new website for accounts, lesson bookings and tokens. Existing clients therefore receive an official migration email to start using their account. This migration email is not spam.

This does not mean every email using our name is genuine. If in doubt, open the website yourself using a trusted address and contact us before clicking a link. Never share your password or one-time login code by email.

What should I do as an existing client?

Use your existing email address and follow the migration email instructions. Check and complete your details and your dog's details, then set your password. Do not register again if you are already a client. If the link no longer works, contact us.

Why is my account still awaiting confirmation?

Your email address must be confirmed and your registration reviewed. Your phone number may also need checking, for example if several accounts use it. You will receive an email once your account is approved and available. If it does not arrive, contact us.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Choose 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. If your account is eligible, you will receive an email to set a new password. Check your spam folder too. Resetting your password does not replace account review or any enabled two-step verification.

How do I book a lesson on the new website?

You can browse the agenda without an account. To book, log in with an approved account, choose an available lesson and select your dog. Lessons are paid for with tokens; you can view and buy tokens in your account.
